your life
orientation
answer eleven questions, in your own words.
then I read them — properly, myself — and tell you what I see.
the pattern you are caught in. the strengths you have never counted. and the openings in your situation that you have not let yourself consider.

you need a real person to see you. that is the whole point.
this is something entirely different than a personality test. or an AI generated answer.
I read your anwers myself. and what I am looking for is where you are standing right now, what you are actually saying underneath what you wrote, and what you have stopped being able to see from the inside of it.
I created the life orientation, because I wanted to come up with a way to talk to you, in my own voice, the way I would if you were sitting across from me.
some of it will be recognition — you, handed back to yourself in words you have not had for it. some of it will be a different angle on the thing you have been circling: possibilities you have not considered, strengths you have never counted as anything because they come so easily, and reasons this moment may be holding more for you than it currently feels like it is.
the written orientation comes with it, so you have it in a form you can return to. but the voice is the imporant thing, because we need to hear each other, human to human.

because asking yourself larger questions, will lead you to a larger life
the simplest way to describe a life orientation is this: it is the conversation I would want to have with you if you were sitting across from me.
the questions are mine. they come out of the Inner Authority™ Method, and out of what I have learned going through large changes myself. they are larger than the questions we usually let us ask ourselves.
and they are asked by someone who is not afraid to say “hey, forget what everyone else thinks”.
forget the people telling you life has to look like this, or happen in that order, or be settled by a certain time. i have no interest in any of that. i am interested in what is right for you. i wat you to connect with the thing you can feel in yourself, and have probably known for a while.
you answer, and i mirror it back to you: what I hear, and what I make of it.
you are not able to see the whole spectrum of your strengths and options
what i want you to come away with is the ability to look at your own life with real respect for who you are
and with respect for what courage it takes to want clarity on what is right for you. I think of this as an step towards you hearing yourself.
THIS IS HOW IT WORKS
you answer fourteen questions.
i zoom in on what your intuition is trying to tell you and put it into words.
first — you write your thoughts after each question
all fourteen questions are visible from the first screen, so you can prepare all answers, calmly, beforehand or fill it out on the spot.
there is no word count and no right length.
most take between twenty and sixty minutes.
secondly, i read them. properly.
your answers are read through my lens of the Inner Authority™ Method, which rests on one claim:
nothing that surfaces is random. what animates you, what depletes you, the tensions that keep recurring — none of that is just something to be managed better. it is information, and it can be read.
finally — I tell you what I notice. within 7 days
recognition first — you, handed back to yourself.
then a different angle on what you have been circling: what is actually available to you, and the strengths you have never counted because they come so easily. it arrives as a recorded message from me, with a written orientation as a pdf so you can return to it.
a few sample questions to give you a feel of it
what did you want, before you knew what was expected of you — and what have you stopped letting yourself want since?
describe an ordinary day. then tell me the part you'd let go of without a second thought.
what are you exceptional at — the thing so natural to you that you've never thought about it?
There are eleven more. They are all like this.

WHAT I WILL TELL YOU
you get a clear picture of where you actually are, mirrored back to you. nudging you in the direction you long to go.
it shows you:
1)
…the pattern you keep returning to:
the specific way you go numb, hold back, or become who others expects — and what it's actually been costing you.
2)
…the gap between what you long for and what in fact takes up your days:
not a wish list — the precise distance between what would light you up and what's been occupying your energy.
the reframe you need
3)
…the strengths you carry but can't see yourself:
the ones so natural to you that you've never counted them as special — the ones people rely on you for without ever saying so.
if you need something much deeper than a type…
01 — that won't sort you into a box or hand you a score.
02 — that is not therapy nor coaching. and also won't tell you to quit your job, move country, or reinvent yourself.
03 — that won't ask you to do more, try harder, or have it all figured out, before you begin.
04 — but, something that gives you an honest, precise look at what's already true in you — so you can trust yourself enough to move.
…then this is for you
why it takes a week
because I do these myself.
I work through them in a week, and I take a small number at a time. if the queue is full you will see a waiting list rather than a slower promise.
I would rather you waited a few days for something I actually thought about than got something back within the hour that nobody read.

right now, you go in circles.
you don’t progress.
you want to feel certain before doing anything.
change feels like something that would cost you everything you've built.
what the life orientation gives you isn't a plan.
but more importantly: the relief of seeing the thing you couldn't name — named.
a way to recognise yourself in it. and one honest next step you can actually feel is right, instead of one more thing you're supposed to do.
you don't have to figure out the whole path while you're still trying to walk it.
you just have to see clearly where you're standing.
questions you might have
-
no. it's not therapy, and it's not a replacement for it. It's a reading of where you are — a clearer look at your own life, not treatment. if you're in real distress, please reach out to someone qualified to help.
-
no. not knowing is the honest starting point — most women arrive exactly there. the Life Orientation is built to meet you before you have the words for it.
-
then especially. this isn't more of the same. it's a look at why the things you've tried haven't reached where you actually were — and what would.
-
expect to spend 20-60 minutes answering the fourteen questions. the orientation lands in your inbox within seven days.
-
good. this isn't for crisis. it's for the threshold — the moment nothing is obviously wrong, and yet something is asking for your attention.
-
write back and say so, and I will return your €79. no explanation needed, and no hard feelings.
-
I do. every one. your words are never published, shared, or used as an example without your permission.
-
write the first true thing. the questions are built so that there is no wrong answer and no way to fail them.
-
a recorded message from me, and a written orientation as a pdf. both arrive by email.
-
yes. I read every reply.
a note from helene
i built this because I needed it first.
i know what it is to stand at a threshold with no map — to have a life that looks fine from the outside and still feel the pull of something you can't name.
i made the life orientation as the first, honest look I wish someone had been able to hand me then.

this is the moment to stop dodging the question, and get an outsiders’ clear view
all it takes from you is you answering eleven questions. one honest hour. and then me, thinking carefully about your life.
i know you have been carrying all the answers with you for a while. but you need someone to help you see them.
this is the part where someone reads them properly and hands them back to you — with the parts you have stopped being able to see from the inside.
