Hey there.

I’m Helene Christensen, founder of Eksakt, a digital experience helping female professionals rethink their work life in times of change.

I also help organizations grow, build a narrative spine, and tell their story in a myriad of ways to scale and make an impact.

I created a structured framework, Inner Authority™, that allows you to rebuild meaning and make clear, grounded decisions in situations where there is no obvious right answer.

I write and speak about identity, loss of direction, and the work required to restore coherence — in individuals and in organizations alike.

Selected Organizations

The Work Itself

Strategic Narratives & Positioning

Clarifying identity at the organizational level. Defining market position, shaping messaging architecture, aligning product, marketing, and leadership around a coherent direction.

This is where strategy and storytelling meet structure.

Growth Architecture

Designing marketing systems that create momentum without fragmentation — including funnel structure, email ecosystems, content strategy, and the alignment of paid acquisition with long-term narrative.

Growth should reinforce identity, not dilute it.

Identity & Inner Authority

Working with individuals navigating identity shifts, internal misalignment, or loss of meaning.

Through Eksakt and my broader work, I explore how to move from inner dissonance to embodied direction — how to reclaim clarity, rebuild inner authority, and choose a path forward without destabilizing everything in the process.

This is where clarity becomes personal.

Eksakt

Eksakt is a narrative clarity framework designed for female professionals navigating transition.

It helps individuals move from chaos to clarity through a structured journey built around guided reflections, journaling and audio experiences.

Speaking

  • We live in a time of constant acceleration. Roles shift. Identities evolve. Organizations transform. And in the midst of it all, many of us wonder:

Who am I in this now?

In this keynote, Helene Christensen explores how life’s upheavals — whether personal or professional — are not signs that we are losing ourselves, but invitations to become more fully who we are.

    The keynote explores:

    • How to reconnect with your inner reference points when external structures fall away

    • Why identity shifts often feel like losing yourself — and why they are not

    • How lived experience becomes wisdom when we learn to see it clearly

    • The crucial movement from self-awareness to contribution

    • And how we move from being the “hero” in our own struggle to becoming a guide for others

This is not a talk about optimization or reinvention.

    It is about integrity.
About developing the capacity to stand in change — without hardening, performing, or disappearing.

Some kind words about my contribution

"Helene set a significant and lasting impact, strengthening brand strategy, elevating visual quality, and improving cross-department collaboration. The role she stepped into did not previously exist, yet she built it into something the organization will benefit from for years to come.."

Jakob Høg, UX Lead, TV 2

“Of the many people I've had the pleasure to work with over the years, Helene nears the top of the list… She helped transform our brand… Her passion for her role and her fellow employees… resulted in Helene's ability to cultivate an environment that allows people to create their best work… I could not recommend Helene enough.”

Brittany Carlstrom, Luxoft/DXC

We are currently living through a wild wave of acceleration. This time driven by AI and automation. And as usual, our instinct is to move faster.

But I am not convinced that speed is the answer. Showing courage to get clear on where we are heading, and insisting on moving forward with dignity and conviction, is.

Growth, when detached from a meaningful narrative, tends to produce volume, not quality or real impact. Strategy, when separated from self-knowledge, becomes brittle. It may look decisive, but it rarely withstands pressure.

My work concerns itself with this problem. Not the spectacle of expansion, but what is actually required to achieve alignment: the internal and strategic clarity required for leadership that takes us places we want to go.
